Very nice products overall, especially the taste of the chocolate peanut butter—it’s awesome!
At the time of placing my order, I specifically requested the seller to send both jars in the creamy variant instead of crunchy. Unfortunately, I received one creamy and one crunchy. However, after I raised the concern, the seller went the extra mile and sent me another creamy peanut butter as a complimentary gesture.
I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the seller’s thoughtfulness and customer service. This kind of customer-focused mindset is unfortunately not very common in Pakistan.
