Dahab Foods Return & Refund Policy

At Dahab Foods, we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@dahabfoods.com.

  • Please include photos of the product and the packaging.

  • We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

  • Vouchers: While we offer gift cards/vouchers for customer convenience, you are entitled to a full monetary refund for eligible returns.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, or contact us for a direct replacement.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (unless defective or damaged).
